In our work we aim to co-operate with the client on a long-term basis. We get to know the organisation, its strengths, weaknesses and the problems of the people working there. Therefore, we can help more effectively. We advise boards of directors and HR departments - in operational activities and those related to long term policy. Our Client's problems are related to various fields - the development of staff, as well as organisational processes. Often we work with a single person. Our work always focuses on people: we observe their work from the perspective of future tasks and market requirements. We help our clients to hire people, develop their role within the company, evaluate their work and potential, motivate them and sometimes also to help them through redundancy. We support managers in their professional development. We simply help people to develop.

Each consultant co-operates with his own group of clients. He works on particular projects for them, and also assists in the general development of the company. We want our client to notice the concrete, measurable effects resulting from our consultations. A consultant is a person who has relevant qualifications, knowledge from the field of management and economy, as well as excellent knowledge of human resource management while constantly seeking to improve his qualifications. In order to provide a cutting edge service, we co-operate with our Dutch partner - the consulting company GITP and draw on their 50 years of experience in consulting and the knowledge of their 100 consultants.
